Job Title: Growth Marketer / Hacker

Location: Lekki, Lagos

 About Nomba,: Nomba, launched in 2017 as “Kudi.ai”, is a chatbot that responds to financial requests on social apps. Nomba has since evolved to empower independent businesses to act as neighborhood banks offering basic financial services such as cash withdrawal, transfer and bill payments to all Nigerians, especially those in underserved communities. Today we process more than $500m in payments monthly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales leadership role at a fast-growing Fintech, eCommerce or consulting company.
• Proven track record of successfully running data drive growth experiments.
• Sound Project management capabilities.
• You have a product-first mindset and a sense of ownership. 
• Expertise with funnel management, basic digital marketing, growth analytics, and tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Google analytics.
