- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including networking, hardware, and software.
- Experience managing IT projects and budgets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
