Job Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 – 4 years as a human Resource Officer preferable in a recruiting firm.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to details and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality..
- Professional membership in CIPMN, SHRM, and CIPD is an added advantage.
- Robust use of Microsoft application and HR software
- Resident in Lagos, proximity to ikeja is key.
