 About Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach: Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach (LESGO) is an impartial, neutral and independent Non-Governmental Organization whose mission exclusively established to promote life in underserved communities through empowering communities to know and protect lives including their environment towards ensuring safe habitation through participatory methodology. Established in Grassroots Lifesaving Outreach was established in 2010 but was incorporated in the year 2011 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). LESGO exists to partner with government and relevant agencies to promote and strengthen humanitarian law and a universal principle that seeks to honor the dignity of mankind with support and believe that Life is worth living and living well.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business or Public Administration or related field.
  • Professional Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant professional experience in administration/human resources and in similar position.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have good knowledge and application of Nigeria Labour Laws.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have good working knowledge of relevant Microsoft office tools such as word, PowerPoint, excel.
  • Must have good business communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to organize tasks simultaneously, prioritize work and ensure tasks are completed by deadline.
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Willing to adhere to and implement the LESGO’s core values.
  • Good inter-personal and conflict resolution skills, able to work under pressure and manage personal stress.
