Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources from a reputable institution or any other related field.
- Professional certification in HR is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Proven experience as Head of HR, or relevant role.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Communications, Operations, Strategies, Marketing etc.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and other HR softwares.
