Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Apapa Oshodi Expreessway, Lagos

Job Requirements

• BA / B.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or related discipline
• 3 years cognate experience

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure, configuration of routers and switches, knowledge of VOIP will be an advantage
• Server Infrastructure-Windows Server Roles and Features
• Great knowledge of Windows 10
• Microsoft collaboration tools (Outlook, Forms, Teams, etc.)
• CCNA and MCITP or other relevant certifications will be an advantage
• Good understanding of IT Service Management process and tools
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent problem-solving skill, must possess an analytical mind
• Excellent customer centric attitude
• Business application Knowledge.
