Job Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Plus, professional certification.
• Experience: 5 – 7 years in software development. This includes a strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices. Prior experience in a leadership or senior developer role is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills are essential for a lead software developer. This includes proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others. Knowledge of software development frameworks and tools, database systems, and web technologies is also important. Additionally, expertise in specific domains or technologies relevant to the organization’s industry may be required.
