 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law; additional qualification as a practicing attorney preferred.
• Proven 5 – 7 years of experience as a Legal Officer or similar role in a corporate setting.
• Sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
