• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Background experience: Logistics.
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of logistics industry trends and market conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if required.
