 Job Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline with minimum of Second-Class Division.
• M.Sc or MBA (preferred)
• Prior experience at a Consulting firm, high-growth Organization or start-up Fintech, banking, or financial services background is preferred 
• Minimum Years of experience:  8 + years of proven success in digital/technology related roles with at least 4+ year experience in leading teams.
