Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Having a Master’s Degree and professional certifications, such as the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) program is an added advantage.
• 5+ years’ experience in business and operations management and or consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of operations/administrative management strategies.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles, which allows to assess the company’s earnings and spending to find areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business management software
• A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles, which allows the Admin/Operations Manager to assess the company’s earnings and spending to find areas for improvement
• Strong personal and professional judgment, which are invaluable skills for a role that makes hiring decisions as well as in finding the best solution to organizational dilemmas.
• Adaptability, enabling the Admin/Operation Manager to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly.
• Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects.
