Job Requirements
- B.Eng / HND in Engineering or other related courses.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Professional Service Engineer or Network Engineer with an ISP.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of networking technologies – TCP/IP, DNS etc.
- Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Strong diagnostic, analysis and problem resolution skills with a flexible approach to problem solving.
- Good technical documentation skills.
- Capable of multitasking, good time management and prioritization of workload.
- Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
