Job Requirements

• Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
• Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
• Have excellent English oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant industry with a minimum of 3 years as a project manager.
• Have experience managing product line P&L (Profit and Loss management).
• Have functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project
• Be PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.
• Show experience of project cost control and managing customer contractual requirements to successful completion
• Proven personnel development skills will be required in this role
