We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Regional Card Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Supervise Card BDs in the region assigned to ensure BDs are working in line with the company’s requirements.
- Train Card BDs.
- Optimize the acquisition of Debit Card Agents.
- Follow up on how Agents react to the business model.
- Detect problems in the BD’s work and proffer solutions to BDs problem.
- Complete the KPI arranged by the organization.
- Complete other tasks arranged by the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Business discipline.
- 3 – 4 years verifiable work experience.
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team towards success
- Excellent communication
- Appetite for innovation and continuous improvement
- Proven track record of being a team player
- Project management skills
- Product and business development skills
- Experience with a ‘’Mobile Money Operator’’ will be an added advantage.
Salary
- Basic: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
- N200,000 – N240,000 Performance Bonus.
