Job Title:  Rewards Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

 About Oilserv Limited: Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation & commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. Oilserv Limited was incorporated in 1992 and commenced operations in 1995.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Social Sciences or any other related field.
• CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, CIPD etc.
• A minimum 8 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of Reward and benefits, and payroll processing.
• Practical experience with payroll systems, practices and procedures.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).
• Ability to generate and analyze various reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature.
