Job Requirements

• Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science / Information Management / or any other related field
• Excellent computer skills are required (particularly Microsoft Excel, Access and Word);
• At least 3 years monitoring and evaluation working experience in humanitarian or development context
• Intermediate knowledge of HMIS tools and in the use of DHIS2 platforms in managing health service data
• Strong data collection, analysis, and report writing skills required;
• Ability to work independently, think analytically and take initiative in solving problems;
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively;
• Familiarity with log frame analysis and M&E plan;
• Experience in conducting assessment
