Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven 3+ years of working Experience.
• Background experience: Logistics
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Complete understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Familiarity with sales tracking software and lead generation tools like Pipedrive, OptinMonster, Constant Contact and HubSpot CRM.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Knowledge of latest industry developments.
• Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to upgrade sales tactics.
