Collaboration between the Federal Government, State Governments, Honourable Ministers, NASME (Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises), Senators, and House of Representative Members will take place. The target allocation aims for 70% to be women and youth, 10% for people with disabilities, and 5% for senior citizens. The remaining 15% will be distributed among other demographic groups.
