Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chef with extensive experience in fast food operations to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional fast food menus, ensuring consistency, and maintaining strict adherence to the menu standards across all kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Creation: Develop and refine fast food menus that align with customer preferences and market trends.
• Menu Adherence: Ensure all food preparation strictly follows menu recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Prepare and cook high-quality menu items with consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of food quality and presentation across all dishes.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold menu standards and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients meet quality and quantity requirements for the menu.
• Enforce strict food safety and sanitation guidelines in all kitchen processes.
• Monitor portion control and waste to optimize kitchen operations and costs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND / SSCE with 2 – 5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a chef in a fast food or quick-service restaurant.
• Strong expertise in menu creation and recipe standardization.
• Excellent understanding of food preparation techniques and fast-paced kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and training skills to ensure team alignment with menu standards.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding food experiences.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
