Job Title: Procurement Officer
Summary
- The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products for the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- The role involves managing supplier relationships, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing supply chain processes to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing procurement budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for FMCG products.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet e-commerce demand.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
