Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRO systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- BA/Bs degree in Business administration, Communication, Marketing, Real Estate or any other related fields.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
