Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives.
- As BDM, you will identify opportunities, foster relationships with high-value clients, and drive revenue growth for our HR and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent FAVE CONSULTING at industry events and client meetings.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the HR and consulting teams to design customized solutions for clients.
- Track business performance and provide periodic reports to management.
What We Expect from You
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong knowledge of HR and compliance services.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly.
