Job Title: Human Resources Manager / Legal 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and oversee compensation and benefits plans.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledgeable in law.
