Job Title: HR Manager (Real Estate)
Job Summary
- We are looking for an HR Manager with a real estate background to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should be experienced in HR best practices and passionate about fostering a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Oversee performance management and staff development programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Salary
N120,000 / month.
