Job Description & Skills

• Must know how to cook local foods like jollof and fried rice and moimoi, vegetable and afang soups, egusi and ogbono soups, bitterleaf and oha soups as well as white soup and pepper soup
• Must know how to make snacks like buns, doughnuts, puff-puff etc
• Must keep the kitchen hygienically clean and versatile with cost-control of resources and portions
• Must efficiently and consistently maintain recipe
• Must be dedicated and report directly to the manager as well as keep records efficiently
• Must comply with all HSE regulations, company policies and any other assignments given by the manager.

Remuneration
N70,000 Monthly, with free feeding and other allowances as well as increment based on performance.
