Job Title: Administrative Manager
Job Description
- Are you the kind of person who brings order to chaos and who turns people into assets?
- We are hiring a seasoned Admin Manager who will run our internal operations, enforce structures and develop talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment, utilities, and premises.
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, cleaning, and security services.
- Implement and maintain effective administrative systems, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Manage correspondence, mail, and official communications.
- Monitor attendance and support HR in enforcing company policies (e.g., dress code, punctuality).
- Support onboarding of new hires by providing administrative resources.
- Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and client correspondence.
- Maintain records of assets and equipment.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 – 5 year’s experience in an administrative or office management role (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and real estate industry practices.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple departments.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
