Miva is a Pan- African Distance e-Learning University that is built on a couple of beliefs: Firstly, we believe that the traditional brick and mortar approach to tertiary education is no longer a viable option in serving learners on the African continent. Job Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Nursing Science or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong commitment to undergraduate education and a passion for teaching.
• Proven teaching experience in Nursing Science courses at the undergraduate level.
• A record of scholarly activity, which may include publications, conference presentations, or equivalent.
• Experience with online and blended learning platforms.
• Familiarity with industry standards and trends in Nursing Science.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and assessment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students in a diverse academic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
