Minimum Requirements:
- Recognizes the academic merit of transfer students studying at community colleges in the United States who are demonstrated members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK)
- Proof of PTK membership must be included in the application
- Candidates must complete at least 24 credits of college-level work
- Renewable for up to two years.
